TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you understand and agree to the following:General information:I (the artist, 22hourslater) reserve control and all rights to my art.
- Therefore do not trace, edit, render or remove the watermarks on any of the artist’s work. (This includes the client!) You cannot claim the artwork as your own creation.
- If the client must credit the artist (by having a link directly going back to the artist’s website or social media) when showcasing my art.
- The artist reserves the right to include the commissioned work in their social media and portfolio.
- The art you commissioned is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use/sell/mint any part of their commissioned artwork for blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, AI or any new future technologies.
- Clients are not permitted to resell any part of the artist’s work as merchandise.
- For Commercial Licensing there will be an extra fee (this is currently not available).
